This policy covers personal information you have shared with us through our website forms, phone, email, in-person meetings, or membership records—such as contact details, biodata, preferences, and enquiry history stored in our CRM.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at info@shubhlaxmimatrimony.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

• Full name of the person whose data should be deleted
• Registered phone number and/or email used with us
• Any membership or reference details you have (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted

You may also call 89202 24535; we will still ask you to confirm the request in writing by email for our records.

3. Verification

Before deleting data, we may verify that the request comes from the data subject or an authorized family representative. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

4. What we delete

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize personal profile and enquiry data from our active systems where reasonably practicable, including contact details and biodata used for matchmaking.

5. What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for:

• Legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations
• Dispute resolution or enforcement of our Terms of Use
• Backup copies that are later overwritten on a normal backup cycle
• Records of the deletion request itself (for audit purposes)

Retained information will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for further matchmaking.

6. Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion (or explain any lawful retention) within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer period is reasonably required.

7. Effect on services

Once your data is deleted, we will no longer be able to provide matchmaking services based on that information. Active memberships or packages tied to the deleted record may end as a result.
